Mobiles of the Future

Business week is running an article on some of the new designs for mobile phones that are being developed. There are some real interresting designs in there, including a phone with no buttons.
One that I like the most is the wristwatch design - A mobile phone that can be converted into a wrist watch. Not sure if all the radiation is good for you, but a clever idea! Its a bit james bondy, but many people wear a wrist watch already, so you're not really carrying anything extra. Plus you can use a bluetooth headset and presto - you have one of those cool watches from Mission:Impossible :) Just need to get the design to look a bit more like a Rolex.

one thing I notice is these phones may look slick but I always find the software and usability of these "good looking" phones really suck! I mean, is it really that hard to produce a nice slick phone with decent software? The closest I've come is in the Nokia N range, but people have been returning the phones back due to software issues... so close
